Summary

The HM200-100 sports bar system provides all the necessary infrastructure components to implement large scale sports bar AV system. The HM200-100 has 12 video inputs for satellite receivers and 48 video outputs for displays and 4 audio outputs for zoning. It can be expanded to 20 inputs and 120 outputs. All connections to displays use a low cost CAT6A cable, which greatly simplifies installation. A full control panel is provided to configure presets and perform individual switching of any input to any output. Audio can be routed to any zone.

The HM200-100 utilizes the latest technology developed by Altinex. The MultiTasker technology assures easy rack mounting installation and simple control capabilities. The Homerun technology provides seamless distribution of video signals over a low cost CAT6A network cable. Each video output can be extended to 100 meters (328 ft). The system provides 4 audio zone outputs and can be expanded to additional zones as needed. Zone configuration is simple and audio signals are fully synchronized with the video signals.

The HM200-100 comes with a touch screen controller that can be stand alone or mounted in the rack. The controller provides easy configuration and enables users to use any handheld device to control the system through an easy web interface. The product comes fully configured with all inputs and outputs predefined. All IP addresses are assigned to work seamlessly with the 1GBaseT and 10GBaseT routers. HM200-100 optionally includes a 48-port router expandable to 64 and 96 ports. In addition to a hardwired router, a wireless access point can be used to control the system through web interface. With optional subscription, the complete Sports Bar system can be controlled from anywhere in the world.

The Smart I/O interface monitors all ports and sends alerts if any input signals are lost or displays are not receiving a video signal. The fully automated system sends an e-mail to a designated person if it detects any trouble with the system. Predictive analysis warns when the system requires maintenance to avoid difficulties during prime hours of operation. The IP to HDMI video receivers are connected to each display and are mounted behind the display. Measuring only 1”x 3”x 5” the receivers are lightweight and are easily hidden behind the display or in the plenum space above the display.
